2000 Calorie Diabetic Diet Plan – Wednesday
Ooohhh! Now this has some heavy calories dear friends, like real heavy calories! It is a 2000 Calorie Diabetic Diet Plan great for the muscular giants to satisfy their hunger cravings and simultaneously maintain blood sugar levels in their bodies if they are diabetic. Non-diabetic individuals can also utilize this diet plan but they can incorporate some sugars so that their blood sugar doesn’t drop to dangerously low levels.
3rd day of the week and here is the meal plan for Wednesdays.
Breakfast
- 1 Whole Grain Oat Bran Bagel
- 1 Cup 1% Milk
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter, unsalted
Morning Snack

Lunch
- 1 Cup Tossed Salad Mix

- Barbecued Chicken Burritos
- 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple
Afternoon Snack
- 1 Cup Nonfat Vanilla or Lemon Yogurt, Sweetened with Low-Calorie Sweetener
Dinner
- 1 Cup Tossed Salad Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar & Oil Salad Dressing
- 1 Cup 1% Milk
- Vegetable & Sausage Skillet Supper
- 1 Nectarine, medium
