Because it will keep you satisfied for longer periods and will keep your abnormal hunger cravings in check.

Because the greener the vegetables the more the intake of folate, calcium and iron which your body is desperately in need of when you are expecting.

Whole grain bread
WHY?
Duh! Because it is rich in fiber and is going to help you get rid of constipation which should be avoided by all means when you are pregnant so having a bit of brown bread rich in whole grain won’t hurt.

Oranges
WHY?
Because they are super rich in vitamin C and if you have read the section on essential nutrients (NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION – PART II) required during pregnancy then you must know how important Vitamin C is when you are pregnant. Oranges will provide you with Calcium, Vitamin C, fiber and folate.
