I am a sucker for intense, really deep black eye liners and this one won my heart long time back when I was naïve about makeup. Now that I am a pro and I have obtained my certification and diploma in professional makeup I am still a fan and in fact, after trying ton of different eye liners I have fallen back in love with Rimmel London scandaleyes waterproof kohl liner even more. This is one amazing smudge proof, budge proof and long staying eye liner that everyone should have in their life. This is the perfect black shade that we all look for at least, if not all then the majority does. The best thing about this is that it is totally safe for sensitive eyes and does not cause any irritation or eye disease. Some people are allergic to ingredients in most kohl pencils and get very bad rashes and bumps on their eyes but with this one even they are covered. This one has my full recommendation. Do try if you haven’t and go back to it if you have stopped using it. It totally does live up to its claims of being heat proof, waterproof, long lasting and so much more.
